We ship our items based on the actual weight of the item. If you order more than one item the weight of each item will be added together and you will be charged for that total weight. Example: If you live in the lower 48 states and order one item that weighs 5 pounds, your shipping cost will be $10.99. If you order 3 items from us with weights that equal 2 lbs, 1 lb, and 2 lbs the total weight is 5 pounds and you will be charged the same $10.99. There are a few items that can't be combined into a single box because of their size (see the note below to see if this item can be combined).

We ship to the lower 48 states using UPS Shipping Services. Depending on the weight of the item some packages may be delivered to your local post office by UPS and then your USPS mail carrier will bring your package to your residence. If you list a PO Box please also include a physical street address. We ship the day after you pay (except weekends and holidays).

We also ship to HI, AK, and PR using USPS priority mail (up to 20 pounds). Please use our shipping calculator to determine the cost of shipping. The cost is higher than our standard shipping rate due to the higher cost of shipping USPS Priority Mail.

RETURN POLICY

14 Day Return Policy

1) Prior to any replacement please contact
us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please
email us for this number.

2) Regardless of the issue, the item must be returned
to us (with the RMA#) at the buyers shipping expense. If we
receive an item without the RMA# we won't be able to process the
claim.

3) Upon receipt of the item and completion of our
inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the
order is found to be defective and we grant a refund, your
original payment will be refunded in full via the original
payment method (Credit Card or Paypal). If the order
is not found to be defective and we grant a refund, 80% of
your original payment will be refunded via the original
payment method. If the order is found to be defective and we
grant a replacement, you will pay no additional cost.
